Berita Koran IT - Ajang Apple's World Wide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2009 di San Fransisco, AS juga menjadi momentum dirilisnya Safari 4. Browser versi terbaru buatan Apple itu diklaim jauh lebih kencang untuk mengakses website daripada Internet Explorer 8, Firefox 3, dan Chrome.

Ini karena adanya peningkatan pada fitur Nitro Engine pada Safari 4 yang punya kemampuan empat kali lipat daripada Safari versi pendahulunya untuk membuka halaman-halaman web lebih cepat. Bahkan Apple sesumbar dengan fitur tersebut, browsernya dapat mengeksekusi JavaScript sekitar 8 kali lebih cepat daripada IE8 dan 4 kali lebih cepat daripada Firefox 3 berdasarkan pengujian iBench dan SunSpider.

Selain soal kecepatan eksekusi, Safari 4 juga menawarkan beberapa fitur baru yang mempermudah dan mempercepat pengguna untuk memilih website yang akan dikunjungi. Safari 4 menciptakan cara mengunjungi kembali halaman-halaman web yang pernah dibuka dengan lebih cepat dan mudah. Fitur-fitur tersebut antara lain TopSites, CoverFlow, dan Full History Search.

TopSites memberikan preview halaman-halaman situs favorit dalam satu halaman. Safari 4 akan melacak situs yang paling sering dikunjungi pengguna dan akan menempatkan 24 thumbnail situs paling favorit dalam halaman TopSites.

CoverFlow malah menampilkan tampilan semua halaman muka website yang pernah dikunjungi dan tersimpan dalam history dan bookmark. Bentuknya dibuat mirip sebuah buku dan untuk membuka halaman-halamannya cukup dengan menggeser kursor. Ini memudahkan pengguna untuk mengunjungi kembali halaman yang pernah dikunjunginya. Fitur seperti sebelumnya sudah diperkenalkan di iPod dan iPhone.

Jika pengguna lupa halaman apa mana yang pernah dilihat dan akan dikunjunginya lagi, gunakan Full Search History di halaman TopSites. Safari 4 menyimpan semua data teks di semua halaman web yang tersimpan dalam history.

Creating bootable USB Ophcrack:

1. First, create a "New Directory" to house your work
2. Download Ophcrack Live CD to the new directory
3. Download and extract usboph.zip to the new directory
4. Click fixoph.bat and follow the onscreen instructions
5. Copy all the files from the Ophcrack directory to your USB device
6. From your USB device, click makeboot.bat and follow the instructions to make the drive bootable
7. Reboot your PC and set your BIOS boot menu to boot from the USB device

If all goes well, you should be booting from the USB stick into a mini SLAX environment. Ophcrack is launched automatically after boot.
